THESE PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS – PDCENTRAL (THESE “TERMS”) CONTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE IN ADDITION TO THOSE IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CLOUD PRODUCTS AVAILABLE HERE (“TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CLOUD PRODUCTS”), AND APPLY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CLOUD PRODUCTS ALSO APPLY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR CLOUD PRODUCTS AND THESE TERMS, THESE TERMS SHALL CONTROL.
For purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
- “Cytiva" means Global Life Sciences Solutions USA LLC.
- “Services” means the cloud-based application for centralized, collaborative management of process development data currently branded as “PDCentral” and made available by Cytiva.
- “Term” means the 12-month period following Cytiva’s first provision of an administrative user for your account, or the 12-month period following and including the first day of a renewed subscription.
- Service Plans
PDCentral standard plan allows you to create and use the number of end-user accounts stated on the Order Form. Additional users can be added during the Term on a pro-rata basis, i.e. if 6 months remain, then 50% of the 12-month user subscription fee as per the Order Form needs to be paid per additional user.
Capitalized terms used, but not defined in these Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service For Cloud Products.
The Services contain user documentation. In addition to this, limited technical support is included with your subscription to the Services. Technical support can be reached through the local contact information or via [email protected].
The fees for your subscription to the Services are stated on the Order Form. Fees for the Term should be paid in advance of the start of the Term. Cytiva reserves the right to adjust the price for the Services in its own discretion.
