Anesthesia breathing filters

The Multiple Patient Use anesthesia circuit can be used for all procedures performed within a 24-hour period, as long as each new patient is provided with a fresh patient kit. Each patient kit contains a mask, elbow, and an Ultipor™ 25 Breathing Circuit Filter.

The small size Ultipor™ 25 breathing circuit filter serves as an effective barrier, shielding patients, staff, and the anesthesia equipment from airborne and liquid-borne contaminants during anesthesia ventilation. With its pleated hydrophobic membrane, it ensures efficient aerosol and liquid retention while delivering humidification 1 .
