Push handles on both ends of cart provide control during transportation.
Removable plastic end plate restricts, shields, or allows access to processing equipment. Endplate includes six process-tubing routing ports.

ReadyKart stations are manufactured out of 304 stainless steel parts to minimize maintenance and provide long service life. Two 360° heavy-duty casters make the cart easy to move even when fully loaded. The cart is available in two optimized sizes that fit through standard doors.

ReadyKart Mobile Processing stations are designed for scientists, process engineers, and laboratory technicians who need to configure fluid processing systems for product and process development or pilot manufacturing.

When used with Cytiva's family of ReadyToProcess components, users can quickly configure a wide range of sterile and disposable fluid processing systems. ReadyKart stations allow for the ergonomic placement of equipment so that you can perform your tasks faster and better.

Cytiva manufactures ReadyKart Mobile Processing Station in two sizes—standard and mini. Each size includes two configurations: (1) the base framework with wheels to which you add individual components to meet your specific requirements; and (2) a fully configured cart that includes the framework and components required for fluid processing applications. Fully configured carts include an arm clamp assembly to suspend bags (two on a standard cart), filter holder, solid shelves, and a protective end panel.
