An alternative to Sensor Chip CM5 with similar dextran matrix but lower charge for improved sensitivity for certain interactions.
- With similar dextran matrix but lower charge.
- Suitable for exploring alternative assay conditions (e.g. addressing background binding).
- Use when sample contaminants have a high positive charge.
- Suitable for negatively charged proteins and nucleic acids.
- Attach proteins, nucleic acids, carbohydrates or small molecules.
- Couple to carboxyl groups on the sensor surface via -NH2, -SH, -CHO, -OH or -COOH.
Matrix
Similar to Sensor Chip CM5 but with a lower degree of carboxymethylation, which can improve sensitivity for certain interactions. Due to the reduced net negative charge, the surface is well suited for use with negatively charged molecules.
