Achieve high concentration factors and maximize product recovery with a low minimum recirculation volume.

Flow kits

The flow kits include a single-use pump head and tubing, as well as integrated sensors for pressure, conductivity, temperature, flow, UV, and pH (depending on the flow kit; see ordering information for details). Flow kits are available with Tri-Clamp connectors or with ReadyMate™ or AseptiQuik™ connectors for aseptic connection, depending on the system requirements. All flow kits are gamma irradiated. Flow kits with ReadyMate™ connectors are supplied with a sterile claim.

System software

UNICORN™ software provides intuitive and flexible method creation, system control, and process evaluation to simplify your filtration workflows. The software includes four integrated modules:

Method Editor: provides a user-friendly interface to easily create or modify methods.
System Control: enables performing and monitoring runs in real time.
Evaluation: facilitates comprehensive data analysis and automated report generation.
Administration: manages user access, system logs, and built‑in SQL Server™ database tools.
