MultiTrap 96-well filter plates are designed for rapid, high-throughput screening and purification of tagged proteins and antibodies, as well as preparation of protein samples and protein enrichment. MultiTrap 96-well filter plates are available for histidine*- (His MultiTrap, see His MultiTrap 96-Well Filter Plates - High-throughput Screening), GST*-tagged proteins (GST MultiTrap, see GST MultiTrap 96-Well Filter Plates - High-throughput Screening), and clean-up of proteins and oligosaccharides larger than Mr 5000 (PD MultiTrap G-25 see PlusOne Reagents). MultiTrap 96-well filter plates for preparation of protein samples/protein enrichment (immunoprecipitation) include Streptavidin HP MultiTrap, see Streptavidin HP MultiTrap. In addition to the protein enrichment (immunoprecipitation), the Protein A HP MultiTrap, see Protein A HP MultiTrap , and Protein G HP MultiTrap, see Protein G HP MultiTrap can also be used for antibody purification.
