Running perfusion cell culture operations are one way to realize productivity gains in upstream processes. In this study, we demonstrate a general workflow to develop high-performing perfusion media using small-scale models.

A successful perfusion processes is highly dependent on having an optimized cell culture media and process parameters for your specific application.
