Pumps
Recirculation pump:
- Type: Levitronix™ single-use maglev centrifugal pump.

Peristaltic pumps:

Recirculation flow path

Permeate flow path

Perfusion media flow path

Cell bleed flow path
- Function: Achieves desired cell density through automated cell bleed.
- Components: Bin on weigh scale for feedback, supports continuous or bolus bleed mode.
Perfusion bag
- Design: Seamless connectivity to Xcellerex™ bioreactor and flow kits, designed for perfusion applications.
Alternating permeate flow (APF)
- Function: Defines high and low setpoints for permeate flow to encourage filter longevity by preventing lodging of cell debris.
Integrated control with AVEVA™ software
- Software: AVEVA™ (formerly Wonderware™) running on Microsoft® Windows® server.
- User Interface: X-Station with touchscreen, keyboard, and mouse.
