Little or no flow due to broken or damaged tubing

Possible cause	Suggested remedy
Little or no flow due to broken or damaged tubing	Check the pump tubing. If problem persists, contact Cytiva service personnel.

Power failure

Possible cause	Suggested remedy
Power failure during a run.	Check circuit breaker, both in system and for external supply, as applicable, see chapter Built-in circuit breakers (fuses), in the Operating instructions.

Possible cause	Suggested remedy
Pump not working.	Stop button on main screen has been pressed. If problem persists, contact Cytiva service personnel.

Little or no flow

Possible cause	Suggested remedy
Little or no flow.	Check that connected inlet is actually used. Check if liquid is supplied to the system. Check inlet containers. Check if tubing from inlet container causes pressure or flow loss. Reasons may be too long tubing, too small internal diameter, tube may have a narrow section or is partly plugged. Peristaltic tubing worn out and flattened or not properly tensioned inside pump head, re-tension or replace tubing inside pump head.

Too high feed outlet pressure

Possible cause	Suggested remedy
Too high feed outlet pressure	Check the outlet to see if the sensor is not plugged. Filter cassette plugged with particulates, replace cassette and filter feed material with 0.2 micron before performing protein concentration.
