Which Terms and Conditions apply to your order
- If you are ordering products and/or services covered by a valid quotation issued by a Cytiva company, the Terms and Conditions referenced in the quotation will govern your order.
- If you do not have a valid Cytiva quotation covering the products and/or services you are ordering but you have a valid agreement negotiated with Cytiva which covers the products and/or services then the Terms and Conditions of such agreement will apply to your order.
- If neither (a) nor (b) above apply, the applicable version of Cytiva's Standard Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Products and Services (which can be found below) indicated in this guidance document will govern your order.
When a contract is formed
All orders are subject to acceptance by Cytiva through the issue of an Order Confirmation.
Who you are contracting with
When your order is accepted, the Cytiva company which issued your quote will contract for the sale of the specified products and/or services.
If you do not have a quote, you can find the relevant Cytiva company your contract will be with using this guidance document.
Special cases for USD orders on Cytiva's Standard Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Products and Services
- If you place a USD order on Cytiva's Standard Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Products and Services from South Korea, India, Bangladesh, or Taiwan, your order is with Global Life Sciences Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd under the Singapore Terms & Conditions.
- If you place a USD order from Brazil, your order is with Global Life Sciences Solutions USA LLC under the USCAN Terms & Conditions (US, Puerto Rico, Canada).
