The NanoAssemblr™ Blaze and Blaze+ systems streamline the process development of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation, enabling the efficient scaling from early research through preclinical and early clinical development. With flexible volume options and a closed system environment, these systems support early chemistry, manufacturing, and control (CMC) studies and large-scale protocol development for upstream and downstream operations, providing valuable insights into processes and consumables required for GMP manufacturing.

The NanoAssemblr™ commercial formulation system simplifies GMP manufacturing of LNPs through an automated workflow of priming, calibration, formulation, and in-line dilution and a single-use flow path that enables efficient changeover.

The NanoAssemblr™ GMP System is a complete, ready-to-use formulation system for the clinical development of LNPs. NxGen™ technology minimizes process development during scale-up and the single-use fluid path enables the rapid production of Phase I and II nanomedicine drug products.

The NanoAssemblr™ Ignite and Ignite+ systems provide an easy-to-use, scalable platform for reproducible lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation, supporting genomic medicine development from preclinical through clinical manufacturing.

The NanoAssemblr™ Spark™ nanoparticle formulation system enables the production of nanoparticle formulation in volumes ranging from 25 – 250 μL, ideal for discovery and screening that involves scarce or expensive nucleic acids and nanoparticle excipients.
