The Allegro™ 2D biocontainer single-use systems comprised of biocontainers and tubing assemblies designed for applications where biocontainers must be both reliable and flexible.

The Allegro™ 3D systems are single-use systems comprised of biocontainers and tubing assemblies in standard configurations designed and built to speed up the biopharmaceutical production process. They can also be paired with supporting hardware in the form of totes and trolleys to provide maximum flexibility in the processing environment with stackable, maneuverable and collapsible features. The Allegro™ 3D systems and associated hardware are manufactured under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001. The Allegro™ biocontainers are 100% leak tested during manufacturing, which takes place in a controlled environment (Class 10,000, grade C). Allegro™ 3D stainless steel totes are designed for large scale applications where 3D biocontainer systems need to be both reliable and flexible while providing extreme ease of use during their installation in the appropriate tote. They are made from high quality 304 passivated stainless steel, which meets the critical performance requirements expected for biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Allegro™ 50 L single-use mixer biocontainer bag includes some unique design features that significantly improve the ease of use and robustness of the single-use system while enabling efficient mixing of a wide range of solutions and high product recovery.

The Allegro™ bioprocessing workstation has been specifically engineered in order to provide maximum flexibility in most single-use operations used in the processing environment.

The Allegro™ Connect buffer management system provides buffer on demand. It is a flexible system designed for pilot scale, clinical batches and commercial production to ensure that the right buffer is delivered at the right time, providing an efficient, streamlined workflow. The modular system design enables up to six high volume process buffers to be supplied as required, one at a time, directly to the batch unit operation such as chromatography or tangential flow filtration (TFF) based on buffer inline-dilution (ILD) and utilizing a single-use flow path. Multi-column chromatography (MCC) application buffer requirements can also be met by the Allegro Connect buffer management system, delivering a maximum of four process buffers at the same time to the MCC chromatography system.

The Allegro™ Connect Bulk Fill System is an automated filtration and filling system designed to accurately and aseptically aliquot bulk product into multiple biocontainer bags or bottles. Minimizing non-recoverable volume within the flow path is central to the design of the system. Automated techniques and novel design features have been incorporated to ensure that bulk fill step yields are consistent and optimal across a variety of bulk filling scenarios.

Mixing is a critical operation within many biopharmaceutical processes for applications ranging from buffer and media preparation, in-process unit operations such as low pH viral inactivation, to final formulation. The Allegro™ 50 L single-use mixer is part of the expanding range of Allegro products and services providing integrated process solutions throughout the drug production process.
