Biacore™ SPR running buffers

General purpose running buffer. Concentrated stock solution yielding pH 7.4 when diluted 10x.

Running buffer. Concentrated stock solution, yielding pH 7.4 when diluted 10X.

Concentrated stock solution containing 0.1 M HEPES, 1.5 M NaCl and 0.5% v/v Surfactant P20. Will yield pH 7.4 when diluted 10X.

Running buffer. Concentrated stock solution, yielding pH 7.4 when diluted 10X and supplemented with 5% DMSO. (PBS buffer with DMSO is commonly used for small molecule assays.)

Phosphate buffered saline containing detergent, which is recommended as running buffer for small molecule analysis in Biacore systems. Concentrated stock solution, yielding pH 7.4 when diluted 10X and supplemented with 2% DMSO. PBS buffer with DMSO is commonly used for small molecule compound samples.
