With 2 fixed wavelengths at 260 and 280 nm ӒKTA pure™ T offers a way of addressing complex purification needs. Available in 25 mL/min and 150 mL/min formats, it retains the flexibility and additional module selection options as ӒKTA pure™ L and M. If you have an existing ӒKTA pure™ L chromatography system, it can be upgraded with the U9-T UV monitor to perform a broader set of applications.

Offers enhanced resolution and sharper peaks is ideal for supporting cryo-EM applications. Choose up to 3 wavelengths from 190 to 700 nm.
