The Biacore™ X100 Plus package adds additional functionality to the system:

Study interactions involving small molecules in organic solvents
Measure concentration based on specific binding
Analyze interactions over a range of temperatures

These features are enabled by an integrated in-line degasser that reduces bubble formation in the fluidic path. The Biacore™ X100 Plus package (product code 28956516) is available as an upgrade for existing Biacore X100 instruments or as a complete system package with the degasser pre-installed (product code BR100798)
