Overview
These PreDictor™ RoboColumn minicolumns are prepacked with Capto™ Butyl ImpRes, a hydrophobic interaction chromatography resin for the intermediate and polishing steps in downstream purification processes.
- Supports high-throughput process development (HTPD) by allowing parallel screening of chromatographic conditions using a miniaturized column format and robotic workstation.
- Facilitates screening of a wide range of parameters with low sample consumption.
- Prepacked with 200 µL or 600 µL of Capto™ Butyl ImpRes chromatography resin.
- Reduces experimental time and minimizes hands-on time through automation and parallel screening.
- Allows investigation of enlarged experimental workspace for better process understanding.
PreDictor™ RoboColumn units for high-throughput process development.
PreDictor™ RoboColumn units are prepacked, miniaturized columns that support HTPD using a robotic liquid handling workstation, such as Freedom Evo from Tecan, for fully automated and parallel chromatographic separations. Perform HTPD work using PreDictor™ RoboColumn units alone or as a complement to PreDictor™ 96-well filter plates.
Capto™ Butyl ImpRes – a high-resolution HIC resin
Capto™ Butyl ImpRes HIC resin has a butyl ligand for intermediate and polishing steps in a downstream purification process for mAbs, mAb variants, and other biomolecules.
It delivers high resolution while maintaining excellent pressure-flow properties, achieved by combining the high-flow characteristics of Capto™ resin with a small particle size.
