Sefia™ expansion kit is a single-use kit providing a functionally closed fluid path and incubation containers to process products on the Sefia expansion system
- Simple: The colored Sefia™ expansion lines are alphanumerically coded for ease of bag installation.
- Flexible: Thanks to two culture vessels, users are able to perform parallel activation and pre-transduction steps or double expansion.
- Reliable: Single-use kit has been designed to support up to 12 days of cell culture.
Sefia™ expansion kit is available in two types (FEP: fluorinated ethylene propylene and Si: silicone) to meet different customer needs. Both have the same volumes, the same architecture and are compatible with Universal application. The difference is the membrane material used for the culture vessels. In one of the kits, the membranes are made of FEP and in the other kit, they are made of silicone.
