Single-use mixing systems

Mixing is a critical operation within many biopharmaceutical processes for applications ranging from buffer and media preparation, in-process unit operations such as low pH viral inactivation, to final formulation. The Allegro™ 50 L single-use mixer is part of the expanding range of Allegro products and services providing integrated process solutions throughout the drug production process. LevMixer™ systems feature a proprietary levitating impeller that enables gentle, scalable mixing for shear-sensitive applications with automation and data control across tank sizes from 10 to 1600 L. Designed for compatibility with single-use systems, the hardware is optimized for use in cGMP-compliant cleanrooms.

The Magnetic Mixer system is a well-established, single-use mixing system ideal for solid-to-liquid applications that require efficient mixing. It is a mobile, extremely flexible, modular mixing system that provides reproducible single-use mixing from 6 L to 3000 L in a wide range of biopharmaceutical applications.

RTP Mixer systems allow sterile mixing of liquids in disposable sealed bags such as M*Bag mixing chambers.
