3D Intensity view
ImageQuant™ analysis software offers a 3D image to provide a sharp overview of the different band intensities, directly related to sample concentration. This view can be expanded in the software to full-screen for further detail.
New! Connect chromatograms to SDS-PAGE gel
- ÄKTA™ Chromatogram Import function relating each fraction with its corresponding lane on the SDS-PAGE gel
- DPI different Image Export options to meet scientific journals image submission requests
- Deep Zoom-In tool to evaluate intensity values at pixel level and distinguish among the closest details
Normalization made easy
IQTL includes multiple normalization options to meet your needs for both single and multichannel images.
- Single band normalization: Normalizes all bands against a single chosen reference band.
- Total protein normalization: Uses the total lane volume of all bands in the lane of a selected reference channel to normalize the bands in the same lane of other channels. For multiplex images.
- Housekeeping protein normalization: Identifies the largest band in the reference channel as the housekeeping band, then normalizes each lane against the housekeeping band as reference. For multiplex images.
- In-channel normalization: Calculates relative volume of bands to the volume of a reference band or user-selected reference lane.
Comparison feature: Generate robust data on lane similarity
- The Comparison function analyzes and determines lane similarity using mathematical modeling.
- We designed the comparison feature to analyze lanes and determine their similarity to generate even more robust data.
- Use the compare function to:
- Compare purified samples of biopharmaceuticals to reference samples.
- Determine sample purity of in batch release of drugs.
- Select a specific fraction from a chromatography run by comparing lanes of different fractions to each other.
- Identify any artifacts or odd spikes in lanes.
- Perform gel shift assays and DNA fragment analysis.
- Analyze complex samples like cell lysates.
ImageQuant™ TL GxP for regulated environments
- Full data integrity and traceability with GxP module for ImageQuant™ TL
- Robust password access with Windows based authentication
- Audit trails with complete user activity, login attempt, and detailed analysis logs
- Client-server approach to data protection for access to secure folders
- Electronic signatures for approvers
- Emergency login capability
- Module with check feature to confirm image integrity before analysis
Array Analysis and Colony Counter modules
- Analyze images of microplates, dot blots, and micro arrays using the Array Analysis module. Normalize, draw multiple grids, and more!
- Analyze spots that are not in a regular array format using the new colony counter module. Designed for microbial colonies on plates, it can also be used for basic 2D analysis of gels.
