ÄKTA start column packages

ÄKTA start is well-suited for use with HiTrap columns. To simplify your work, we offer five application-specific column packages. The packages consist of columns prepacked with high-performance media, supporting purification of tagged proteins, antibodies, or untagged (native) proteins.

For antibody purification, choose between the Protein G or Protein A column package including HiTrap Protein A HP column for human antibodies or HiTrap Protein G HP column for most antibodies, including rat. A HiTrap Desalting column is also provided for quick pH neutralization of the eluted antibodies.
