The small scale stainless steel columns are designed as fixed volume column reactors (complete incl. filters and sealings) and intended for oligonucleotide synthesis.
- Made of 316 L stainless steel.
- Comes in sizes 1.2 ml, 6.3 ml, 12 ml, 24 ml and 48 ml whereof only the smallest is optimized for the ÄKTA oligosynt™.
- Solvent resistant.
The columns are manufactured to high standards and withstand the harsh organic conditions used in oligonucleotide synthesis. They are designed for use with ÄKTA oligosynt™ systems and employ flow-through reactor technology.
