Overview

UniFlux™ is a fully automated tangential flow filtration/cross flow filtration systems for clarification, concentration and diafiltration applications in pilot to manufacturing scale.

Available in 4 sizes 10, 60 and 120 Lpm, for pilot to production-scales (400 Lpm version as a custom product).
Maximizes productivity in tangential flow filtration.
Consistent, repeatable, and validatable results.
Recirculation tanks available from 5 to 600 L, or single-use mixing systems as alternative to stainless steel tanks.
For automated single-use filtration, Cytiva offers ÄKTA™ readyflux.

Full automation

The UniFlux™series is a line of tangential flow filtration systems that utilizes UNICORN™ control software for full automation with data logging capabilities of the entire cross flow process. UNICORN™ is suitable for use in a regulated environment in a manner complying with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The user interface is familiar to many operators aware of Cytiva chromatography systems, from bench-top ÄKTA™ systems to production-scale ÄKTAprocess™.

Suitable for MF and UF applications

UniFlux tangential flow filtration systems incorporate cross flow filters such as hollow fiber filter cartridges and filter cassettes, and high performance hardware in a single system. The systems are highly suitable for microfiltration applications such as cell clarification/harvesting, or cassettes for ultrafiltration applications, such as protein concentration and diafiltration in downstream unit operations.
