Overview

LevMixer™ systems feature a proprietary levitating impeller that enables gentle, scalable mixing for shear-sensitive applications with automation and data control across tank sizes from 10 to 1600 L. Designed for compatibility with single-use systems, the hardware is optimized for use in cGMP-compliant cleanrooms.

Automation-ready architecture
Data tracking capabilities, audit trail support for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and Ethernet connectivity for seamless integration into digital environments.
Integrated system
Load cells for weight monitoring and sensors for pH, temperature, and conductivity allow for monitoring process parameters (Conductivity sensors only for 50 to 1600 L scales).
Full thermal jacket enables precise heating and cooling.
Scalable mixing platform
The platform supports scalable mixing from 10 to 1600 L, consistent mixing performance, and flexible deployment from development to production.
Cleanability and hygienic design
Hygienically designed for enhanced cleanability and GMP compliance.
Noncontact mixing
Levitating impeller avoids particle generation and limits shear.
Benchtop system (10 L system)

Biocontainer bags in sizes from 10 to 1600 L include a bottom-mounted, single-use impeller that levitates during operation.

Powder handling bags in sizes from 10 to 1600 L.

mPath™ software (for LevMixer™ 10 L) suitable for use in a GxP-regulated environment enabling support for 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Interchangeable LevMixer™ drive unit gen V is backward compatible with previous LevMixer™ and magnetic mixer tank generations.

LevMixer™ system with product code LMG403 (gen IV) and LevMixer™ system with product code LT-DBTL300 (gen III) will be discontinued in January 2026.
