Adjustable Oligo column is our largest column for oligonucleotide synthesis, designed for process development with the ÄKTA oligopilot plus synthesizer. The column volume can be adjusted to the volume required, solid support used, and scale intended.

AxiTide™ is our most modern synthesis column that has a design based on our AxiChrom™ columns adapted with height of column tube, adaptor, and changes of materials to withstand the harsh chemicals used in oligonucleotide synthesis.

FineLINE™ 35 Oligo column is designed for oligonucleotide synthesis and it is suitable for use with ÄKTA oligosynt™ synthesizer. It is capable of withstanding the harsh organic conditions in oligonucleotide synthesis.

The small scale stainless steel columns are designed as fixed volume column reactors (complete incl. filters and sealings) and intended for oligonucleotide synthesis.
