The key to successful biomolecule analysis
When analyzing biomolecules, you’ll likely need to enrich, clean up, and purify in order to detect them and get the required sensitivity. Protein enrichment
Capturing and isolating low-abundant proteins from thousands of other proteins can be challenging. Magnetic beads from Cytiva simplify enrichment of the target protein by immunoprecipitation or pull-down.
Total protein analysis
To analyze total proteins by mass spectrometry, you must remove detergents, salts, and other contaminants. Do so quickly and efficiently with a technique called protein and peptide single-pot solid-phase-enhanced sample preparation (SP3).
