Scientific Support
Premium technical support throughout the research process, from discovering new applications to protocol optimization and troubleshooting
Actively working with you to reach a solution
Our handbooks, application notes, datafiles, and product specifications provide helpful guidance. Sometimes there is a difference between theory and practice. By understanding your scientific questions on an individual and practical level, the scientific support team is often able to develop new solutions and resolutions through active dialogue and a 3-phase process:
- Phase 1: Listen carefully to your research problem, identify needs and applications, undertake scientific problem solving, and make recommendations for products or techniques to test;
- Phase 2: You perform tests;
- Phase 3: You provide feedback to the Support Scientist and if necessary, next steps are considered.
