Ab SpinTrap™ columns are single-use spin columns prepacked with protein G Sepharose™ High Performance resin for rapid purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from serum and cell culture supernatants.

Designed for small-scale purification of multiple samples in parallel and antibody screening experiments, the Ab SpinTrap™ columns are used with a standard microcentrifuge. One purification run takes less than 20 min.
To eliminate time-consuming buffer preparation and reproducible results, the Ab Buffer Kit (code 28903059) is available as an accessory. The kit contains stock solutions of Binding, Elution and Neutralizing Buffers optimized for rapid purification of monoclonal and polyclonal IgG with immobilized Protein A or Protein G media.
