High resolution ion exchange chromatography resin
This HiTrap column is prepacked with Capto Q ImpRes resin that is designed to offer quality and flexibility in process-scale applications. Scaling up allows for high resolution combined with quick flow rates.
Capto Q ImpRes resin couples a strong quarternary anion exchanger to a chemically modified, high-flow agarose matrix. The matrix provides greater particle rigidity without compromising pore size, which allows for high bed heights and purification of viscous samples at high flow rates.
The resin’s high binding capacity, high flow rate, and low back pressure reduce process cycle times and improve productivity at process scale.
