Overview
The Injection kit is used for manual loading of small sample volumes in a sample loop. The included Injection Fill Port has been optimized for use with glass syringes up to 2 mL. For larger volumes it is recommended to use a luer lock connection with a luer lock syringe. For use with ÄKTA start, ÄKTA go, and ÄKTA pure 25 and ÄKTA 25 avant protein purification systems.
