Overview
The mPath™ IoR (Index of Refraction) concentration monitor is an off the shelf refractor meter that can be integrated within your process development journey to develop your bioprocess fluid paths for UF, DF Buffer management applications. The concentration monitor features integrated Index of refraction sensor, designed for high concentrated substances.
- Data collected in real time (sample rate of 1 second), enabling responses to concentration without waiting for results from assays
- No sampling required, enabling closed-system monitoring
- Outstanding accuracy and response time
- Wider linear range than ultraviolet (UV)
- 4 sensors per monitor allows collection of data simultaneously at multiple critical points in a process

- Column switching in a continuous chromatography process
- Constant concentration monitoring in a tangential flow filtration (TFF) process, enabling you to stop when the desired concentration is reached

The mPath™ IOR concentrator monitor is sold along with 1 of two different flow cell unit (option of bore sizes 1/16” or ¼”. The flow cell units are also sold separately: if supplemental, a connection cable is required (If ordering as a replacement flow cell, a new flow cell connection cable is not necessary).
