Overview

The fluid path for the NanoAssemblr™ GMP System includes the NxGen™ cartridge, pre-assembled connective tubing, and pump heads, reducing the risk of cross-contamination between drug products and batches. It is available as a single-use fluid path for GMP manufacturing and a multi-use fluid path for research-use-only (RUO) with either the NxGen™ 400D or NxGen™ 500D cartridge.

Single-use GMP fluid path: Designed for manufacturing, the GMP fluid path is composed of animal-component free materials and enables multi-product manufacturing.
Multi-use RUO fluid path: Designed for research and development, the RUO fluid path enables technology transfer and the production of engineering batches.
In-line dilution: Automates a key process and simplifies workflows, saving time while ensuring particle stability during large-scale formulation of LNPs.
Flexible: NxGen™ 400D and NxGen™ 500D cartridges enable a range of flow rates from 60 – 200 mL/min using the same NxGen™ mixing architecture but in different dimensions, enabling flexibility for formulation-specific process parameters and applications.
Material traceability: Documentation and certificates of quality are provided for all GMP fluid paths.
