PR 648 slot blot filtration manifolds are designed for ease of use and maximum filtration with minimum chance of cross-contamination. They make screening of many samples quick and easy.
- Filter DNA, RNA, or protein into clearly defined slots on nitrocellulose or nylon membranes.
- Clamp membranes securely with raised well edges to eliminate cross-contamination without O-rings or gaskets.
- Transfer samples from microplates to wells with standard multichannel pipettors.
- Track sample locations with numbered slots and notched membrane shape.
PR 648 Slot Blot Filtration Manifolds are designed for reproducibility. Large screws and rim design produce well-defined slots and prevent sample leakage between wells. Up to 1 ml can be filtered onto the 6.0 × 0.8 mm slot area.
