Protein G GraviTrap column purification
Protein G GraviTrap columns are prepacked with Protein G Sepharose 4 Fast Flow resin. These gravity flow columns are designed for fast and efficient manual purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. Each of these protein G columns is reusable up to five times. Prepacked gravity flow columns provide convenient, fast, and reliable results.
You do not need any other instruments with this protocol, because the entire process relies on the flow of gravity.
