Reverse Flow Kit

If the full capacity of affinity columns is not used, dilution of the target protein may occur, which increases elution time and broadens peaks. To combat this, elution can be performed in the reverse direction of sample application for sharper peaks. Reverse Flow Kit automates reverse flow through columns for faster and more effective elution of strongly bound proteins. The resulting peaks are sharper and more concentrated target protein is recovered. The kit increases the life expectancy of your columns since reversing the flow efficiently rinses impurities away from the top of the column.
