Fast and simple antibody purification
This column can be used for manual purification of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies from cell culture supernatant and biological fluids. It is particularly suitable when the affinity for protein A and protein G is not known. The gravity flow column relies on gravity and is reusable up to five times, so no additional instruments are needed for this protocol.
