Use the medium 18 µm porosity for the purification of polyclonal IgG antibodies or mAbs in combination with resins such as MabSelect SuRe pcc or MabSelect PrismA. Use the coarse filter (> 25 µm) to reduce the risk of clogging your capture resin when working with large volumes or repeated loadings of clarified samples.
