Whatman Polycap TF capsule filters from Cytiva are made with durable, hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membranes in a polyproplyene housing for use with organic solvents and chemically aggressive solutions.
- PTFE filter membrane is resistant to most solvents
- Available in 0.1, 0.2, 0.45, and 1.0 µm pore sizes
- 1.0 µm pore size capsules used for extended life and filtration of highly contaminated solutions
- Manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 QMS standards
- Autoclavable capsule filtration device if sterility is required (not recommended for 0.1 μm PTFE capsules)
