ALIAS™ autosampler for ÄKTA pure and ÄKTA avant ALIAS autosampler for ÄKTA pure and ÄKTA avant is a dedicated autosampler for your protein purification system allowing samples from 1 µL up to 10 mL to be automatically injected. The injection technology used allows fast injection and wash cycles in less than a minute. Efficient needle wash virtually eliminates carryover. ALIAS handles microwell plates and sample vials, either open or sealed, and provides sample cooling down to 4°C.
