Lateral flow pads

Treated bound glass fiber pad for good rewetting of membranes, providing high absorption capacity and optimized as conjugate release material.

CF1 is a light and thin 100% cotton linter material (176 µm thickness at 53 kPA), suitable for use as a sample pad for small volume lateral flow applications.

CF3 is a medium weight 100% cotton linter material (322 µm thickness at 53 kPA), suitable for use as a sample and absorption pad for lateral flow applications.

CF4 is a medium weight, 100% cotton linter material (482 µm thickness at 53 kPA), suitable for use as a sample and absorption pad for lateral flow and flow-through assays.

CF5 is a medium to thick weight, 100% cotton linter material (954 µm thickness at 53 kPA), suitable for use as an absorption pad for lateral flow and flow-through assays.

CF7 is a thick, 100% cotton linter material (1873 µm thickness at 53 kPA), suitable for use as an absorption pad for lateral flow and for use in dipstick colorimetric assays.

Fusion 5 is a proprietary single layer matrix membrane that can be used to replace traditional modular components from a lateral flow testing kit.

GF/DVA is a bound glass fiber filter, especially suitable for saliva samples.

MF1 is a bound glass fiber filter suitable for serum and whole blood samples (ca. 100 μl).

Standard 14 and Standard 17 glass fiber membranes are highly sensitive and naturally hydrophilic for use as a sample pad or conjugate release pad in a lateral flow assay. Standard 14 has a 355 µm thickness at 53 kPA and Standard 17 has a 370 µm thickness at 53 kPA.
