These step-by-step instructional videos provide a high-level overview of how to perform the main processes for the Xcellerex™ XDR 200 bioreactor system. Xcellerex XDR 200 system is a stirred-tank bioreactor intended for cell culture and microbial fermentation processes used in researching, developing, or manufacturing biologics or drugs.

- unpacking and set up
- probe calibration and installation
- system start up, disassembly, and shut down
- preparation, installation, filling, and removal of the single-use bioreactor bag
- controlling liquid and gas flow
- configuring DO and pH control loops
