This 3-day course will provide deep knowledge in the autologous CAR T manufacturing under good manufacturing practice (GMP) procedures through both theory and hands on experience of Sefia Select™ system and Sefia™ expansion system.
Advanced CAR T therapy is divided into three sections and each section of the course will focus on different workflow steps for CAR T manufacturing, ranging from isolation to activation, transduction, and expansion, followed by harvesting and cryopreservation.
