About course

In this Fast Trak™ online course, you’ll learn about the mRNA in vitro transcription (IVT) reaction.

This course gives a high-level overview of the mRNA structure and the manufacturing workflow.

You will understand in detail the key considerations for the IVT reaction.

- components of the IVT reaction

- key scale-up considerations


This course will also guide you through an application example for the IVT reaction in a ReadyToProcess™ WAVE™ 25 bioreactor. The full course will take you about 20 minutes to complete.


This online training is divided into several short topics, each of which can be accessed and completed individually. After scoring a minimum of 80% in the course assessment, you will receive a certificate of completion.
