Course
About course
This training program offers comprehensive learning for ReadyToProcess WAVE™ 25 single-use bioreactor system operators. The curriculum uses a blended learning approach to help increase knowledge retention by up to 60% (1). By combining digital training methods with modern adult learning techniques, the program helps maximize learning effectiveness.
After completing this program, you will be able to:
- Describe key steps of a manufacturing process
- Explain cell culture in bioprocessing
- Describe and identify the equipment key parts and functionality
- Start up and prepare the bioreactor, start a run, run cultivation, and stop and disassemble the bioreactor’s single-use manifolds
Save training hours
Including VR in learning can reduce operator onboarding time by up to 50% (2), while on-demand digital components allow learning at their own convenience.
Other than VR operator training, the program includes a virtual process tour, interactive eLearnings, a product overview, and step-by-step instructional videos. It is designed to complement in-person training, helping ensure confidence and competence in a short time frame. Considering repeating some of the training elements, we estimate around 18 hours to complete the program.
