This program is designed for operators and technicians responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining AxiChrom™ 300, 400, 450, 600, 800, and 1000 chromatography columns in bioprocessing environments. It equips users with the practical skills and technical understanding necessary to operate confidently, safely, and consistently.
The curriculum takes a blended learning approach, shown to increase knowledge retention rates by up to 60%(1). Featuring eLearning, step-by-step video instruction, and VR training, this program enables operators to build skills efficiently without interrupting production. After completion, operators will be able to:
- Understand the role of AxiChrom columns in downstream processing
- Explain chromatography fundamentals and principles
- Perform column setup, packing, and priming using AxiChrom Master or UNICORN™ software
- Apply correct methods for packing and unpacking using different techniques and conduct disassembly safely
