About course
This program is designed for operators and technicians responsible for running and maintaining the Allegro™ MVP bioprocessing system. It equips users with the skills and confidence needed to perform key tasks effectively—from understanding system components to practicing depth filtration techniques—ensuring safe, compliant, and consistent operations.
The curriculum takes a blended learning approach, shown to increase knowledge retention rates by up to 60% (1). Through interactive virtual tours, step-by-step videos, and VR simulations, the learner gains practical, job-ready skills without interrupting operations. Flexible, self-paced access allows learning to happen on your schedule, while keeping productivity high.
After completing the program, operators will be able to:
- Describe key steps of a mAb manufacturing process
- Explain the foundations of filtration in bioprocessing
- Describe and identify key parts and functionality of the Allegro MVP system
- Perform setup, install Stax™ Disposable Depth Filter Medium Chassis, depth filtration
What’s included in the training?
This blended learning curriculum combines theory with practice and includes a variety of engaging, on-demand digital learning tools:
- VR training for hands-on practice in a safe, controlled environment, shown to speed up time to competency with up to 50% (2)
- Self-paced, interactive online training modules for building foundational skills
- Knowledge checks and completion tracking to ensure measurable progress
We estimate that the program takes approximately 18 hours to complete, including repetition of certain training elements.
