In this online course, you’ll get a comprehensive understanding of tangential flow filtration (TFF) process development for mRNA therapeutics. The course highlights TFF unit operations in the mRNA workflow and focuses on the factors to consider for developing a TFF process for mRNA concentration, buffer exchange, or purification. The course guides you through the current solutions for TFF for mRNA and the considerations during scale-up.  

At the end of this course, you will be able to explain:
