Get started with Fibro PrismA

Course

About course

This level 1 course is the second of three about Fibro chromatography. Here you will familiarize yourself with the HiTrap Fibro PrismA and HiScreen Fibro PrismA units.


You will learn how to connect the Fibro units to an ÄKTA system and how to determine dynamic binding capacity (DBC). The course also covers how to prepare and start a run as well as how to evaluate results and store the Fibro unit.


You will also get practical tips and troubleshooting guidance. The course is divided into several short topics, which can be accessed and completed individually. It includes both step by step guides and video tutorials.

The full course will take you about 40 minutes to complete.

Certification
