About course
In this free, online course you’ll learn the fundamental steps in setting up a Biacore™ SPR assay. After completing the course, you will:
- be familiar with different approaches for attachment of ligands
- understand different degrees of sample preparation needed for different types of experiments
- know of key assay optimization possibilities
While the course aims at providing confidence to design a first or new assay, emphasis is on how to set up Biacore™ assays in ways that saves time in the lab. There is no need to be an expert.
The course includes instructive images, video tutorials, and quizzes that will let you try it out and test your knowledge. It’s divided into several short topics, which can be accessed and completed individually. The full course will take you about 45 min to complete.
