This is a level 1 course on how to use the ÄKTA™ pilot 600 chromatography system. The course consists of instructional videos that provide an overview of:


- System hardware

- Module installation

- UNICORN™ control software

- Preparing and performing a purification run

- Ending a run and evaluating results

- Maintaining and disassembling your system


The course is divided into several short topics, which can be accessed and completed individually. The full course takes about 70 minutes to complete.
