About course

In this free online course, you’ll learn how to evaluate and interpret your Biacore™ surface plasmon resonance (SPR) kinetics and affinity data.  

 

Key learnings: 

- How to interpret information in sensorgrams 

- How to spot the difference between good and bad SPR data  

- What steps to take to increase confidence in your data 

 

The course also covers key considerations for preparing SPR data for publication or decisive decisions. 

 

Prerequisites for this course are having foundational SPR skills and an understanding of SPR terminology. To brush up on these skills, complete the Get started with Biacore™ SPR assay and Get to know SPR kinetics and affinity measurement online courses.  

 

The course is divided into short topics, which can be accessed and completed individually. It will take you about 30 minutes to complete.

Certification
